Product Description:
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK) is a
useful device for 2 to 24S battery packs that use NCM /
LFP/LTO(Li-ion/Lifepo4/Lto) technologies and have a battery voltage
between 2V and 4.5V. As the actual current is dependent on several
factors including input voltage, line resistance, temperature, and
battery performance, it is important to have a device that can
contribute to balancing the current.
One of the key features of the Intelligent Charge and Discharge
Equalizer is its ability to support automatic identification mode
and manual input mode. The automatic identification mode is useful
as it is based on the lowest voltage string, which can then be
balanced to match the voltage of the lowest voltage string (voltage
is aligned downward). The manual input mode is also beneficial in
that it allows users to set the required balanced voltage and have
all the strings balanced to reach that voltage.
In addition, the Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer also
ensures reverse connection protection, over-temperature protection,
over-voltage (4.5V) protection, low-voltage (2V) protection, and
alarm. It also features discharge balance, constant voltage
balance, and charge balance (however, an external charger with
adjustable non-auto-stop function is required).
Finally, users can monitor their battery pack on the 7 inch
display, which provides valuable information such as balanced
voltage, balanced current, voltage per string, total voltage,
maximum voltage, minimum voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage
difference, number of battery strings, and temperature.

Voltage Measurement and Current Setting
The voltage measurement range of this device is 1V~4.5V, with a
measure accuracy of ±(0.08%+0.06%FS). In terms of current setting,
it has a range of 0.1A-14A, which can also be adjusted.
Discharge Balance Method and Charging Assistance
The discharge balance method used in this device is the PWM pulse
discharge method. In terms of charging assistance, an external
charger is needed, and the charging port can withstand voltage up
to ±DC130V.
Equilibrium Voltage and Interface Withstand Voltage
The device has an automatic identification feature for equilibrium
voltage. The interface can withstand voltage from B- to B24 without
voltage -120V~+120V.

| Balanced voltage mode | There are two modes: automatic identification mode and manual input
mode. The automatic identification mode is based
on the lowest voltage string, and all are balanced to the voltage
of the lowest voltage string (voltage is aligned
downward). The manual input mode is to set the required balanced

then press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium"button on the
chassis to start balancing.
Press "Maximum Balance Current (A)" to enter the current setting,
